Custom Orders, Delivery Arrangements, Receiving your Furniture.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Cancellation of a custom order after production has started for any reason will result in deposit forfeiture.
DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS
- When your furniture arrives at our warehouse you will be notified within 24 hours to make arrangements for delivery or pick up.
- Seacoast Furntiure does not do deliveries but can coordinate your order with a local delivery service
ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY
- The balance due on furniture must be rendered at the time of delivery.
- The area where you are putting the furniture must be vacant.
- The customer must have someone available to inspect and sign for the furniture.
- It is the customers responsibility to thoroughly inspect the furniture at the time of delivery and note any problems on the delivery report.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Factory shipping quotations noted on slips are estimations and are subject to change.
- Furniture is a natural product, slight variations in wood grain and fabric dyes are to be expected.
- In certain circumstances, comfort is subject to change slightly on furniture due to sleeper mechanisms or fabric selections. Please check with your salesperson.
- It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the furniture ordered will fit into the home and into the room chosen to put it in. If there is any question, please consult your salesperson and they can assist you or refer you to the operations department.
- If the furniture needs to be modified to fit into your home there is an additional charge.
- All service claims for concealed damage must be made within 30 days
